i am building owner who has a building converted to loft ,when i bought a building was vacate over 25 years no industrial was interested and my two nighbers the same problems, they have the only way to survive to converted to loft to get a money to pay our real estate tax and to make living,and this building was accoupied by manfacturer clothing after companies start buy from china the industrial gone,thanks governor Mr paterson and assemblyman Mr Vito Lopez for their efford and great job they did.
